Like many others, the slowest service ever in a Dunkin Donuts. Sunday afternoon, only one cashier and one person basically handling orders. I dont know what the other 3 employees were doing. I waited 15 min just to order but noticed people were still waiting 10+ minutes for food/drink. I just got out of line and got a canned coffee at another stand
Cheap ass DD. I love DD & I'm always at one. I stop at this one occasionally because it's convenient right on 95. But service can be slow, and lines are long. Now I use a DD app and I have a DD perks card. This place is super expensive. I just paid $9.50 for extra large coffee and chicken salad sandwich. Now sometimes you have perks for free coffee, - "you will not get your free coffee here".! Also they don't have a scanner to scan your phone on the DD app they have to manually type in the number. If you go to swipe in your DD card yourself, it won't work. The cashier has to take it and swipe then gives you a small tiny credit card receipt with amount paid no breakdown of what you bought. My opinion, the prices they charge here, they should have state-of-the-art technology.
Why would you hire this kind of ppl on a busy interstate where there's tons of ppl circulating every day!??????? Find a DD in some village or a mountain and put them there for god sake unbelievable!!!
New employees should be taught how to use machine before rush hour comes in i asked for a large sje gave me a lg cup half way and also a dbl shot i didnt even get one....it was a waste of my money
Should have read the reviews before wasting my money here. Coffee tasted disgusting like their coffee machine hasn't been washed in a decade. Service is very slow. Have to wash my mouth with soap and water to get the coffee taste out.
