We've now purchased a used vehicle and a new Grand Cherokee from Adams and they've absolutely set the bar.....a top notch organization from top to bottom. Years later, they still treat us like family every time we come in for service. Steve, Galen, Keith, John in service and the rest of the team have taken exceptional care of us over the years. In fact, we drive almost an hour from our home in AA Co, passing dozens of dealerships every time just to go to Adams for even a simple oil change. Thanks again for the exceptional service you continue to provide!
Honestly if I could leave no stars I definitely would. Every time I have taken my Jeep here something gets screwed up& they overcharge way too much. I brought my Jeep in for recalls and upon receiving it back, they had ripped apart my tire cover on the back so I had to throw it away, & my horn was no longer working. They had done a recall on the airbag mechanism & in order to do so they took the steering column apart. Upon receiving my vehicle back the horn no longer operated, so I took it back once again. They claimed that the horn no longer working was not their fault and wanted $140 to repair it. No thanks!!! I will never be returning to this location, every time I have gotten work done on my Jeep it was always half-assed.
Bought 2 vehicles here - 1 jeep. Would recommend it to a friend. Went today for service and the staff was courteous and upfront about cost and schedule. Great communication.
I ordered a part there they told me they would call me when it came in but they didn't I had to call them at least it was the right part
First I would like to say that I have been dealing with Adams Jeep for about nine years. During which time I have purchased a few Jeep products. With that being said, if you have less than perfect credit, your sales person will not call you back no matter how many times you call or text. This time was no exception, it's happened to me by a number of the sales staff. This time however I had a totally out of the blue experience, some one changed the car I was trading from the one I was actually trading to the one I was not. Once that was done, Adams Jeep didn't attempt to get any further financing. I must say that I am more than a little upset with Adams.
