Great experience and service they have repair services and the newest products on front shelves. Only thoigh, the staff seemed a little insecure and it took a while for them to do their paperwork on their computers. Other than that, Keep Up The Good Work AT&T!!
It's hard to rate this location because I've had great experiences here dealing with Christoff ( I believe) but also had a horrible experience with a female employee. After my niece gave me her old phone (1 year old or so) I took it in to have it activated. A few days later it I started having problems where it wouldn't send text or pictures. I had this problem before with my previous phone and the employee replaced the SIM card and I never had another issue.So I went in and told the lady I thought there was a problem with the sim card. The lady was rude from the start. All she cared about was trying to get me to get another new phone. She wouldn't even check the sim card out for me and make sure it was okay. She looked at my phone and said it says you have 4G there's nothing wrong, if there is it's the phone. Today I get a message on my phone NO SIM CARD...just as I said 2 months ago, something is wrong with the SIM CARD.
Not very good customer service, but so is AT&T as a company.
"Not a real AT&T store just a retailer, we can't help you with questions or a new SIM card go to bel air the real store...." is there favorite quote!
I previously stopped into this location and wasn't super impressed with the customer service I received the woman helping me. I came back into this location a few days later hoping for a different experience and I certainly received one! Christoff and Alex were amazing! I believe I spent close to 3 hours in the store switching all my stuff over to AT&T for my family. I really appreciate all their help and their willingness to answer all of my questions! And they were also really understanding of my 1 yr old and they even interacted with him to make my trip easier! I'll definitely be back to this location as long as these two are working there!
