We purchased a love seat and couch when we took delivery of it, it looked like somebody has repaired it a few times. We paid with a check and still have not been given our money!
This is a great store to buy furniture but not countertops. I recently brought countertops from Just Cabinets; the end product was great but the process was horrible. Store personnel are more intent on making the sale and passing you off to the actual vendor than explaining the process with requirements. The vendor sends installers that will try shortcut items during prep and install if you aren't knowledgeable or watching them. My wife was present for install. I ended up with brackets and additional items/equipment that installers said they didn't have a clue about and the recommend going to Home Depot to ask how to install leftover items. Additionally, where the countertop and back splash meet hadn't been caulked. Just Cabinets provided little to no help with resolving issues with the vendor. In the end with the additional charges to remedy the situation and items that were not disclosed we ended up breaking even with the price quoted by competitors like Home Depot, etc. To anyone looking for countertops from Just Cabinets, get the process outline in writing and go over it with the store manager or go somewhere else where additional costs are disclosed upfront. I actually like the prices for furniture but will definitely be taking my business some where else. Poor customer service
