I saw the owner and another employee walk in from time to time and their conversations were always about work and managing customers/concerns. You can tell just by listening to them that they take their work very seriously.
Andre was at the front desk and took care of everything for me. I did come late to my appointment but there were no issues. He answered all my questions and was kind from start to finish.

They had multiple parts delivered and Mr. Holzhauser and team reviewed the customer's part and made several confirmations about any customer specifics. It was nice to see some serious work ethic here. It's kind of rare now days.

I literally JUST got my state inspection completed through Holzhauser's and I have to say I'm very happy I came here and thankful for Google reviews which ultimately led me to this business.
I had already sold my car on Auto Trader (pending inspection) and needed to get the state certification to complete the sale. Holzhauser's had an unbelievable 4.9 rating on Google and luckily they were able to fit me in. They could really have taken advantage of the situation, because I would have done whatever they recommended, just to complete the sale. But instead, all I got was honesty! Friendly, courteous, thorough, professional, honest... What more can you ask for? Five stars, indeed!
