Spent 10-15 minutes looking at shoes while the store staff stood by the register or dribble a basketball. Tissue is not the store that I remember. Terrible customer service.
Decent pricing. The low rating is for the unprofessional customer service we received yesterday. Also it is worth noting they do not NOT offer military discount without military ID. They will not accept your MD state issued ID with veteran on in it. I only carry 4 cards, in my pocket where ever I go due to my memory problems.

Little expensive but you probably always want to have a discount or a sale going on there if you're planning to buy something expensive there.
