However, the vet is good and other staff!! If we can get pass her!!

Excellent service!! Great staff. My cousin had an issue with her pups undercoat. I referred her to go to Friendly Paws Vet Clinic where I have been coming for 9 months. Monica (Groomer) was able to cut the hair just right for treatment and still look amazing! Thanks

We arrived at our appointment 30 min early. We were shoved into an exam room where we waited for 40 minutes past our appointment time. My sick dog had to go to the bathroom. I took her out and on the way back. I asked the receptionist how long it would be. She said another hour. I asked, what did you say. She said, yeah we have to take the scheduled appointments first. I said I had a scheduled appointment for 40 minutes ago. Then she started making excuses about "there is another vet in the back still doing surgery, and people have been bringing in their sick pets, bla, bla, bla." My dog is sick, I made an appointment and my dog doesn't get to be seen. We left the office. Time to find another vet. It's a shame, because I actually like Dr. Price. It's his receptionist that needs to be fired. The Web site is not telling the truth about the wait time. I have never been in there and spent less that 2 hours sitting around. Not acceptable!!!

If they could get her off the phones so they could meet the needs of the people! She is the first impression of the company.

Grooming Review: Took my 13 year old Bischon poodle to get groomed today. The experience was AMAZING! Called to make the appointment on Saturday hoping for availability and they took him right on Monday morning. Dropped him off at 9 and he was ready by 12:30. Staff was friendly & sweet to my dog, and the groomer was gentle & listened very well about his sensitive skin & skin tags. On top of all this, the price was just unbeatable! The best hair cut I've seen my sweet pup have in YEARS! I'm so happy with this & certainly will be returning!

They refused to give us heart worm medication when we are up to date on shots and exams. I explained we were heading to a place where the dog was.going to be at high risk for catching something but they wouldn't help us prevent him from being at risk. They wanted to do blood work but as we are heading to a funeral that is not currently possible. I will blame them completely if our dog dies.

Lady that answers the phone that says she has been with the company forever just wants money and doesnt care what your calling about.
