I have become a regular customer because of the excellent service. The staff is friendly, very professional and look out for the customers best interest, as well as go above and beyond. They work in a timely matter, getting you in, getting you out and on your way. Excellent job, keep up the work!!!!
Overall good experience. Office personnel were great. Was a little disappointed because I should have gotten a double upgrade using our particular credit card but only got one upgrade (due to none being available). Also, I was told that there is no smoking allowed (which is great because I don't smoke) and that no animals are allowed (which is good because I don't have any pets). However......when I first get in the car I notice little burn holes in the driver's seat from something that must have been smoked in there prior to my rental AND there was a very strong animal smell like a strong dog smell in the car. So.......they didn't bother to properly clean and fumigate this car which was disappointing. I will still rent from them because I've had satisfactory results in the past but this particular experience was sub-par.

Great service first and foremost! I rented a vehicle for a long distance trip and was very happy with both the "check out" and "check in" process. My preferred vehicle wasn't available, so I was given a free upgrade. I was much happier with the upgrade than what I originally thought I wanted. More room, top of the line features, and a smooth ride. Service was impeccable and I appreciated their patience in answering my questions. I will definitely be using them again.
