I received a loan back in March of 2017 and since then I tried to get another loan that was larger then the first loan. What I wanted to do was pay off the first loan and have some money to pay a few more bills. Was not approved . Then on July 25, 2017 I received a offer in the mail to get an additional $1,500 to use to consolidate my bills. It would pay off my current loan and replace it with a new loan in the amount of $ 6,800 . I was not approved for that. Now I was okay that I did not get approved for these two loans but the way I was treated is what really made me upset. Ever since I have received my first loan I have been treated unfairly . When I applied for these last two loans and didn`t get approved I never even received a phone call from them to let me know if I was approved or not approved. So I attempted to call them but I was always hung up on or sent to a answering machine. So I had to drive to there place of business just to find out if approved or not. So the way I see it, after that first loan they have no respect for you at all.
