It turns out that when I posted my original review I had gone to a place called Post Mark. Until recently, that was the only UPS store location that I was aware of. When I saw that it had closed at 2, my Google search showed 5pm. I then realized it was two different locations. The personnel even stayed open late to ship my package. Very pleasant surprise. Happy to say I was wrong.
I'd give 10 stars if I could! All businesses could learn a lesson from these folks! They are the most courteous, professional staff made up mostly of young people which is very refreshing as, unfortunately this is not common these days....You are always greeted with a smile, the store is clean and service is quick. I use this location whenever possible. It is a pleasure to bring my business to them and I wish them all the best for long and continued success! Thank you for bringing true customer service back!
So far they have provided excellent service every time I have been (perhaps 8 times in last month).
I stop by occassionally to drop off Amazon RMAs and always have a great experience here. The location is convenient, the store is very clean, and the staff are courteous, professional, and quick.
