Clean with quick service. My glass never went empty. Food was hot, fresh, and served with in a short time. It was later evening and we were the only ones in there so I'm sure that helped.
Sunday at 9pm is not crowded, the servers were very nice to us and to each other. It's attached to a hotel, so don't look for a traditional ihop building. The food was fast and delicious, and the place was scrupulously clean.
The food was great and our waitress was sweet and attentive. However, the hostess staff seemed to be confused on how to figure out where to seat us, we waited 5 minutes (the restaurant was less than half full) and we asked for a booth. We walked past many empty, clean booths, across a dirty floor with chairs askew into the walkway, to the back of the restaurant and were asked if a half booth was ok. We took the table and our waitress was wonderful. On the way out, another waitress was at the front complaining to the hostess staff. By far the worst experience at this IHOP.
Today I went in this establishment thinking I would be able to order a nice meal to go for my family, but I was not. I was greeted when I came in the door. I told the waitress I was ordering to go she told me she would be right with me. One of the cashiers/waitress handed me a menu. It only took me 4 mins to decide what to order. I walk up to the counter with the menu in hand. I am about to place my order an older man with gray hair and a black shirt comes up to the register. I am thinking he would take my order, I open my mouth to speak he looks right past me to wait on the family right behind me! He also asks if the family in the waiting area has been served. I was in disbelief. This man completely ignored me as if I didn't exist. Then the young lady Destiny finally took my order, but as she took my order she decided to answer the phone, and talk to co workers as she was taking my order. She was so involved with everything else it was as if I never mattered. I placed the menu down and left. This was beyond poor customer service. I expected better.
It was nice.. altho the waitress kept leaning over my plate and tried to take it before I was done.. however IHOP is still my #1
