go accross street or order in rockauto this place turned me off of all Autozone's
This afternoon my husband had great service getting help with a part that he needed.
However I called later in the day for a different part after no luck with website saying error system down. The person sounded bothered that I called, and put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I waited on the phone he never picked back up. Just left me on hold....
I would probably give it one Stars but if you wait long enough you'll get waited on I go to advance more now because people don't know what they're doing in AutoZone they got to change the management somewhere in that store you sit there and wait and wait and wait to get waited on very poor management
Had a wonderful experience and conversation with a gentleman who sold and installed a new car battery for me. The store is well lit and clean. Plenty of staff is available to assist with parts and product suggestions.
Large store with little areas of everything.needs more volume of tools .has alot of useless tools that wouldn't be needed on newer cars
