Deplorable auto care. These people are nice to you in your face, but underhanded and sneaky behind your back. The so called mechanic that screwed me over with my car still works there. Do not get an alignment here because they will only align the 2 front wheels and charge you for four. I sat in this shop for 8 hours for minor repair. Don't let them blow off this review by saying this or that. Why would I waste more time by writing this, obviously something severe happened. The area manager does not return calls or emails. Go elsewhere, I warned you. Don't let their friends reviews fool you... Now the owner responds like he wants to get involved because I left a REAL review. SMDH. Do not believe the fake positive reviews!! (Update) Sent a email and called again, still no response. Don't let this company fool you into thinking they are all about customer service. They are some good talkers though... (Update) 9/20/17 Still haven't heard anything from area manager. Talked to several local people about this so, they are having the same issues.(Update) 10/26/17 Still haven't heard a word from anyone. Heard im not the only one.(Update) 12/01/17 Haven't heard from anyone on the issue. The part they sold me failed and they will not return my calls.
Great service shop. No BS trying to upsell expensive needless stuff- just honest answers about what's up with your vehicle! Prices are fair and service is great, nice guys behind the counter. I have already been in twice now- got a tune up, and an oil change, and will return again. Service guys are ASE certified mechanics. Wait times aren't long either! No appt, first come first served. Oil change had me in and out of there in under and hour :)

I faced a very difficult situation with a broken shift cable on my 2000 Olds Intrigue. They couldn't find a new replacement cable, which was in discontinued status with GM and its suppliers. They managed to find one in an area salvage yard, and the acting manager personally drove to pick it up during his lunch hour. The mechanic in turn interrupted his own lunch to get it attached and help me salvage a few hours of work Friday. I'm very impressed with how they managed to resolve a difficult problem, their customer service, and their professionalism.
It's was quick I was in and out and much cheaper than 2 other places I priced.
