I had a very pleasant experience while I was here! The mechanic behind the desk was extremely nice! I didn't have anything to do while I was waiting for them to finish with my oil change, so he decided to talk with me. He was very sincere, nice, and open to me, and it made the time go by faster. When it was done he was very thankful for my decision to choose them, and he left a good impression on me. The work was done in a timely manner, and there were no errors.
Here's an oxymoron for you: below market price and top-notch service. First time (in a very long time) since in had my car serviced and not felt robbed. Dimitri is very customer service oriented. This isn't something that is taught. You can clearly see that this is how he is and it's purely genuine. My new mechanic.
