Not a place for working lunch. I arrived at 11:15. I believe they must have been low on fish so they took 1 piece and tried to make it 3 pieces but it seems they cooked it for the regular amount of time. It came out as fish jerky. The waitress seemed confused as to why I didn't want the dried out small fish nuggets and I asked if they could remake. She said they couldn't confirming my suspicions they tried to stretch an entree they ran out of. I ordered the crab melt and it arrived about 55 minutes after I placed first order. Oh well, no time to eat, I had to get it to go. Another very confusing task as neither the main waitress nor her male trainee knew if they had to go boxes. Got charged full price on everything. Will never return.
It's big and looks nice. Unfortunately that's decieving. Not enough staff thus service is atrocious at best. Has potential but it appears profits out weight customer service. Probably deserves 1 star.
Food has seriously gone downhill. Even side salad lettuce waa limp and old. My kids are easy to please and even they hated it. Never AGAIN
Our food took over an hour to receive and the buffalo chicken sandwich was dry. I think they forgot to add the buffalo sauce to it. They said they're system was down and the food would take longer but the wait was still ridiculous! I feel bad for our waiter as he was trying very hard to make up for the poor management. The manager came over and asked if everything was okay and we told him the food took way too long. The manager offered no compensation and basically said "too bad, our system is down". It was fairly obvious to us the management there is awful and I feel bad for all the employees who have to put up with that. May check out the bar at some point and update this review but I'm hesitant to go back.
We had a good dining experience here. Our server was new and learning, so she had to go check with others often, but I think she'll get the hang of it soon. The food was good, typical pub fare. I enjoyed the "Melon Mule." It was delicious. We'll go back, I'm sure.
