horrible service, staff was rude, messed up the order and then yelled at us. couldnt handle line and was a 45 min wait for nuggets and fries
closed down 1/2 hr before quitting time citing “out of burgers”. I will not exit here- Dave is rolling over in his grave as we speak.
After a long line they didn't have half the items on the menu claiming they were out of bacon, out of potatoes... Then my son ordered a cheeseburger and they "lost his order" after a 20 minute wait. We found out because we decided to ask. No apologies offered, just a "I'm not the one making burgers" statement from one of the employees. They remade the burger at my request. The personnel is very nasty! Bad imágene for Wendy's which is usually the better fast food service. I encourage corporate to look into this branch and do something
It's a Wendy's franchise, how bad could it be? Go and see for yourself. I'm leaving a review so I remember to never go here again.
Horrible staff. I mean my God you chose to flip burgers at a high traffic rest stop. You aren't worth the gum I stepped on leaving this place. Management needs to step in and figure it out because this is appalling.
