The staff was super friendly, which was a welcomed experience after a long travel day. The room was fairly standard.. fridge, microwave, large tv and room for activities. The gym was ok, happy they had working treadmills and they offered free wired headsets for guests to use with the attached tvs.
Let's see, where to begin. First a light blew and the curtains where hanging off one side of the window. Then lights went off 4 times and the room was over the ballroom where they where playing pounding hip hop music and we had to change our room. So we give you a zero and won't ever be back to any holiday inns.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. I didn't get the chance to experience the pool or anything else.
The room was clean and plenty of pillows (we like lots of extra). There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it stayed humid and a little stinky for a while. We couldn't control the temp in the room so it was a little warmer than we liked. Overall though, it was fine for a place to sleep, shower, and get breakfast during a road trip.
The room was small and no fan in the bathroom! The bathroom mirror was poorly lit but other than that it was clean and very nice! The breakfast was fair, sausage gravy was definitely a hit! Keurig in the room was a nice surprise!
