Was told the frame would be free but looking later at my receipt, I was charged. Was told a 3 hour delivery window. Half way into waiting, I called and was told I was the next stop, delivery persons were on their way. 1.5 hours later, they still did not arrive. I had provided a map view marking the location and had waited in the parking lot. I called to ensure the directions and address were understood and was told not to worry. The sales person had talked my ear off and was full of reassurances but service was terrible and he did not keep to promises. No communication until I called them. No apology, just excuses and finger pointing between their workers. Had to go back to the store to cancel my order and had to argue with the person when he said I had to give him my original receipt. Apparently he wanted to leave me with no records. Despite charging me immediately for my order to my credit card, I was told 1-2 weeks for refund to show up on my card for an item I never got, which was not even a custom order. So it was now on me to ensure this was done.
Mattress Warehouse in Aberdeen is wonderful! I ordered a toddler bed and mattress online only to find out the matress was rock hard! I needed a new one that day for my daughter! I called and spoke to Jospeh on the phone briefly about what they had and pricing. I live close and by the time I got there he had made a list of what he thought I was looking for. I tested each one and found the perfect comfort and great price. Joseph was very patient and kind waiting for me to decide. After I chose I had a quick check out process and he put it in my car for me! Great experience and very knowledgeable on what beds fit what sleeping preferences! We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Warehouse! Joe was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable about the variety of mattresses in their showroom. We never felt the pressure to purchase a mattress there but we ended up loving one there and purchased it that same day. Best of all, the mattress was delivered the next day! Okay so my husband and I have been mattress shopping for about a month. Everyone has given us the runaround but Mattress Warehouse did just the opposite. We asked for a specific mattress that was advertised online. They didn't have it in store BUT Mike and Steve made sure we found a perfect mattress. We were able to bargained them down to a really reason price. Presentation was awesome, follow through, personality and professional appearance was on point. I love these guys really! Give them a raise and a new cord for the Mikes monitor. That was the only down side we did have to wait a few extra minutes for his monitor to come back on but neither I nor my husband minded the wait. Mike and Steves sales technique was great and not overly "salesy". Definitely recommend to others.
