they are currently undergoing a major remodeling, all the furniture, carpets, drapes and all the bathrooms are completely new. And while there are a few nasty smells from glue being used downstairs. you couldnt ask for a better cleaner room.
This place is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I booked my room for my brothers wedding I spoke with them and asked for an early check in since we would be driving 3hrs! The women sd are room would be ready at 10am the reg check in is 2pm when I arrive it was a nasty very very unprofessional women at the front who told me she couldn't get us in the room til 3pm mind you any person would be upset, she then threatened the cops on me (mind you I didn't cuss or scream) I was upset! I asked to speak with a manager she sd there wasn't anyone available for me to speak to! Needless to say I was unable to get ready for my brothers wedding and we stayed a different hotel! STAY AWAY
