Comfortable and clean. Kitchen is adequately equipped. Good option and would recommend.
Nice hotel, excellent service, some rooms overlook Ripken Stadium
Extremely unaccommodating with bottom-of-the-barrel customer service. I spend 2-3 nights in a hotel just about every week and there was a mix-up regarding a cancellation... even after explaining the situation they still charged my credit card $210. The not-so-funny thing is that I called to cancel my reservation a month ago and they said couldn't find my reservation (and it wasn't showing up on my Marriott app), so I assumed I was good to go... WRONG. The hotel may have gotten $210 from me now, however, they lost money in the long run because I will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn this fall, next summer, and every summer after that when my son's baseball team plays at Ripken. Little thing called "opportunity cost." Guess I will be racking up my Hilton Honors points!
Clean, well appointed. Staff is nice. The evening 'Mix Up' is pleasant with a nice spread.
From what I am reading in the reviews, I can't wait to experience the Stadium! I hope I get a field view. Stand by for a review on Monday!!!!!!
